Our housing search team completes an extensive search of the local real estate market of your choosing to offer you housing options that match your selection criteria. We take photos/videos and send full descriptions of the properties for you to make an informed decision and/or to visit in person when you arrive in France.

French Business Creation
Setting up a business in a different country is a big step and one of the first hurdles you need to jump is choosing the correct business structure.
In France there are various different structures available from SARLs to SAs to EURLs and for the sole traders you can choose to set up a Micro-Entreprise as an Auto-Entrepreneur. But picking which one is right for you and your business is crucial.
Setting you up as self-employed under French regime – ‘Micro-entrepreneur’
One of the main advantages of this regime, compared to the classic regime, is the owner is immediately covered for health and social benefits without having to pay provisional social charges. If no revenue is collected for the period, no social charges are paid.

Importing a vehicle
French law requires that if you are staying in France for longer than six months (in any twelve months), then the vehicle must be formally registered in France and plated with a French registration number.
The fact that some expatriates drive around in France on foreign plates that they should have changed is a failure of enforcement, not of law. To do so is a huge risk, as if the vehicle is involved in an accident it is possible the insurer will refuse any claim.
Getting your car registered has never been easier. We take care of the entire application process for you and we can organise car transport from the UK to your new home in France, or vice versa.
