Case Study: Setting up an Entreprise Individuelle Agricole

We were contacted by a non-EU resident with a small agricultural property in France who wanted to register a company in France which would provide him with the means to purchase and register vehicles for a small-scale farming operation.

After assessing his situation, we advised him that it would be most advantageous to open an agricultural company as an Entreprise Individuelle Agricole. This would cover the equipment purchases which could be declared as an expense. As part of the service, we also assisted our client with setting up a bank account for his business and advised him on the shipping of his household goods to his property in France, the renovation of one of his farm buildings and the registration of vehicles, purchased elsewhere in Europe.

At Patsy Valentin, the team advise clients on a variety of different business formations, ensuring that the client is matched with the most suitable and beneficial company set up.
