Carte de Séjour & Micro-Entreprise registrations

⚠️ For Brits who arrived in France before 31st December 2020, having a Carte de Séjour will become a prerequisite after 30th September 2021 for setting up a Micro-Entreprise. And you only have until 30th Juen 2021 to get your Carte de Séjour applications in!

Although it is currently possible for Brits who arrived in France before 31st December 2020 to apply to open a Micro-Entreprise, this will no longer be possible without a Carte de Séjour after 30th September 2021. And the deadline for Brits who arrived in France prior to 31st December 2020 to apply for a Carte de Séjour is just 3 months and 15 days away! 😮
